We collaborate with numerous Mother Agencies and Model Agencies globally, placing their talent across key Asian markets including South Korea, Japan, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Thailand.
With over a decade of experience working within these markets, we have built a trusted network of top-tier agencies, ensuring strong and reliable partnerships.
The Perception team oversee the entire placement process, managing everything from the initial proposal and Contract negotiations to visa arrangements, flights, and ongoing mediation during the placement period. The team also handle departure logistics and ensure timely and accurate final statements.
The team have established direct agreements with their partner agencies in Asia, allowing them to receive commission directly from them. This structure ensures that the standard 10% Mother Agency Commission remains intact and does not impact the models net earnings.
Since 2021, Perception Models has successfully completed over 200 placements.
